So, I just went to the wizards.com "spell index (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/spells)" and did a ctrl+f search for "time," and all of the spells that came back showed "Time 2," "Time 3," etc. under who had access to the spell and at what level. Is there already a time-oriented class I don't know about, or are these spells that creatures with the "time" subtype have access to, or something?

Basically, I'm building an NPC class (possibly to be opened up to player characters at some point) for a time travel oriented campaign, so that I can introduce a character to help the group begin traveling through time, and I want to give him a few time-oriented spells in addition to his spell-like ability that will allow him to travel through time every now and then.

The spells that returned when I was searching for "time" were:

True Strike (Time 1)
Gentle Repose (Time 2)
Haste (Time 3)
Freedom of Movement (Time 4)
Permanency (Time 5)
Contingency (Time 6)
Legend Lore (Time 7)
Foresight (Time 8)
Time Stop (Time 9)

And then there's also Temporal Stasis.

Maybe it makes sense to just use the 9 spells that returned with my search for time, and give this class only one spell per spell level? Does anyone have any thoughts or know of any other spells that might make sense for a time-travel-oriented class?

Thanks!

So, i just figured out that these spells belong to the cleric's "time domain." My question still stands, though. Does anybody have any suggestions for other spells that might make sense for a timecrafter class?

You're going to want to give psionics powers, as well.

1st- Deja Vu

2nd- Recall Agony

3rd- Time Hop

6th- Suspend Life (Temporal Acceleration just duplicates Time Stop, I suggest avoiding it)

7th- Sequester

8th- Recall Death

9th- Timeless Body

Oh, and good luck with your time travel campaign. I recommend that you only let players travel FORWARD in time. Backwards travel leads to trouble.
