I like the idea of called armor and I was wondering if such a thing could be done with a weapon. Idea: a Magic ring that stores the weapon when not in use. As a free action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity, the wearer of the ring may summon the weapon to his hand with a silent mental command.

I would love to have such a weapon for my wizard/rogue character. I could move up to the target, showing him that I'm unarmed. When I get within range, call the weapon and lunge. Bang! Instant sneak attack!!!!:smirk:

We used called as a magic property as a generally available thing to items. For weapons and armor it was +1, for other items the fixed cost of 50k. Furthermore, it could only added to weapons and armor with an echantment of +5 or greater and required a command word to use. (read: activation took a standart action so it wouldn't be used as a free quick draw feat.)

Try Gloves of Storing, or the awsome Ring of storing (same price). I believe it's a free action to recall an item (or weapon) from it. NOTE: rhe item f weapon must be under 20 lbs.

Yup, try the Gloves of Storing, very handy little items.
