Can a Spiritual Weapon make an Attack of Opportunity?
If yes, how many each turn if the cleric casting it has Combat Reflexes?

Is it correct that a Spiritual Weapon always deals damage like the gods favored weapon type?

A weapon made of pure force springs into existence and attacks opponents at a distance, as you direct it, dealing 1d8 force damage per hit, +1 point per three caster levels (maximum +5 at 15th level). The weapon takes the shape of a weapon favored by your deity or a weapon with some spiritual significance or symbolism to you (see below) and has the same threat range and critical multipliers as a real weapon of its form. It strikes the opponent you designate, starting with one attack in the round the spell is cast and continuing each round thereafter on your turn. It uses your base attack bonus (possibly allowing it multiple attacks per round in subsequent rounds) plus your Wisdom modifier as its attack bonus. It strikes as a spell, not as a weapon, so, for example, it can damage creatures that have damage reduction. As a force effect, it can strike incorporeal creatures without the normal miss chance associated with incorporeality. The weapon always strikes from your direction. It does not get a flanking bonus or help a combatant get one. Your feats or combat actions do not affect the weapon. If the weapon goes beyond the spell range, if it goes out of your sight, or if you are not directing it, the weapon returns to you and hovers.

The emphasis is mine.

1) It is open to a bit of interpretation. Nothing explicitly prevents the spell from taking an attack of opportunity, but the question becomes is this really a melee attack? I'd probably rule that it is not a melee attack per se.

2) Even if it received an attack of opportunity, the weapon would only receive one.

3) No, it deals [Force] damage. It looks like the dieties weapon, but that is all.

Actually, what you copied from the SRD says:

and has the same threat range and critical multipliers as a real weapon of its form

So, it doesen't only look like your deity's weapon.

I'd also say it doesen't gain any AoO because it has no threat range (it doesen't get flanking bonuses nor help anyone get them after all)

[i] it has no threat range

The text says it HAS threat range.

So what do you think? Can it make an AoO?

Yes it adopts some attributes (namely threat range and multiplier) from the type of weapon formed. The point was really it doesn't do the same damage type as the diety's weapon -- it has the [Force] type -- it doesn't do bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, fire, cold, acid, sonic, electrical, or any other type of damage that the diety's weapon does.

He is talking about physical range. It will not allow attacks of opportunity since it is not a melee weapon -- it is a spell that looks like a melee weapon.

What he meant is it doesn't threaten an area because it can neither gain or help another gain a flanking bonus
