can a weapon have "magic" and "psion" abilities ? [Archive] - Wizards Community

The only caveats are that you need the appropriate feats, and you need to count the psionic and magical enhancements as one (meaning that if you have a +2 psionic enhancement and a +3 magical enhancement on a +1 weapon, then the total enhancement bonus of the weapon is +6).

Aside from those tidbits, simply obey the normal rules for crafting/adding abilities.
