02-08-05, 11:10 PM Creating a badger doesn't cause any damage. The badger itself might damage stuff, but that's not the effect of the spell. The effect of the spell is to summon a creature.

That's like saying Dispel Magic is a death spell because you can use it to dispel someone's water breathing.
