Well, can it? or perhaps Shattered?
And what about Shield?

Dispelled, sure. But they're force effects, not material objects.
So, no.

Nope, it's an effect. If you want precedence, wall of force is immune to anything short of a disintegrate.

It's a force effect, so not subject to physical damage. Besides, even if it weren't force, you still can't sunder armour while it's being worn.

As for a Shield, that too is force, so you can't sunder it by physical means.

However, I created a houserule that for the purpose of touch attacks with the disintergrate spell, the shield spell counts towards the touch AC. If the ray hits the shield, then the character is save, but the shield is destroyed.

So for example, you have an elven wizard with a Dexterity of 16 and a Ring of Protection +1 (and no other Touch AC factors). So her touch AC would be 14. If she were to cast Shield on herself, her touch AC would still be 14, but 18 for the purposes of the Disintergrate spell.
So a drow sorcerer with a BAB of +7 and a dexterity of 17 attacks her with Disintergrate. His bonus on the attack roll is +10. If he rolls a 3 on his attack, the ray flies past her harmlessly. If he rolls a 10 on his attack, the ray hits her and has its full effect. If he rolls a 6 on his attack (for a total of 16, then he hits the shield instead, which is instantly destroyed, but the wizard is save.

No.

It's a spell and not an actual piece of equipment.

Same goes for Shield.

You can't sunder "Favored Enemy +2 (Ex)" or "Rage 1/day" either, as they aren't equipment either.

Understood?

Not Shield or Mage Armour.

But you could sunder a Ring of Shield or a Bracer of Armour providing the effect since they worn items and not considered armour.

Maybe the Bracers if a successful hit occurs, the ring I do not think it could be, but you could remove the limb wearing it and dispell the effect that way. Just my DM opinion on the matter.:)

Look in Arms and Equipment for a weapon power called Force -- it adds a d6 to damage and can dispell other force effects like Mage armor and the big one Fortification!
