can't find a straight answer, Blur displacement [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-28-05, 04:55 PM Does Blur, and Displacement stack? Can't find a straight cut and dry answer, RAW it says blur grants concealment while displacement gives a person a 50% miss chance. Any help greatly appreciated.

Blur gives 20% miss chance (concealment).
Displacement gives a 50% miss chance.

11-28-05, 07:58 PM Displacement gives a 50% miss chance.... as per total concealment. They are both explicitly concealment miss chances (and thus don't stack, as Seeker95 rightly says).
