Hello all,

I vaguely seem to recall a wizard feat that allowed you, upon preparing spells, to break apart your existing spell slots into spell levels and recombine them in another way. I don't remember if it was higher spells into lower spells or the other way around or both. I also don't remember what book this was in. If anyone can help me out here, I'd appreciate it.

Versatile Spellcaster RotD page 101?

For future reference, you may want to use the feats index (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats). It's helpful for stuff like this.

EDIT: According to the person on your other thread the feat can't be used by wizards. Searching the index, there are no other feats with the word "spell slot" in them that resemble the one you're talking about. Do you use 3rd-party sources?

Ah no what I'm thinking about was for arcane casters that prepare spells daily. I'm trying to use the index as we speak, but I'm not sure what search terms will turn it up. Working on it, though.
