Can a wish spell transport travellers through barriers that block extradimensional transport, such as dimensional anchor and wards placed in an area?

It sounds like a Dispel Magic+Dimension Door:Why not?
Just make the player do the Dispel Check

It depends on the barrier. Forbiddance would not allow wish to get you in via "transport". But you might be able to wish for temporary immunity to the damage you would take form simply walking into a forbiddance protected area.

I agree with Seeker95.

And more importantly I would let one wish protect one person from the damage.

I would defiantly depend on the type of barrier.

i would say no.

but there is nothing stopping you from using spell immunity / greater spell immunity.
