i have craft construst and to cast commune and other various spells is there a way to do this?

Yes. Put ranks into Use Magic Device.

i have craft construst and to cast commune and other various spells is there a way to do this?Take note that you do not have to be the one to supply a spell in order for it to meet the prereq. Hire another caster to help you. If you don't have a spell on your list that is required, then hire someone who does and have them there to cast into the golem during the enchantment process.
