As the title says, can you help me price these 3 magical items?

Lesser Pendant of the Master

Ciressa Gindra was a mage who infiltrated the Night Masks,
before she was found drowned in a tow-inch puddle outside
her residence. To infiltrate them, Ciressa created an pendant
that allowed her to mimic the abilities of a master thief. One
night she used it to break into the Night King's private quarters.
She didn't anticipate the Night King's personal guard, who had
a permanent detect magic spell surrounding the room. When the
Night King was finished with her, he took the pendant and since
it had qualities useful for any adventurer, he made copies of it,
which he sold throughout the land.

Branch of Giving
The creative forces of nature are focused in this branch, allowing the sapling to be transported without being planted. Once every day, the branch can grow two berries, harnessing the powers of fire and ice. The berries can then be fed to one's animal companion, granting them special abilities. Ice berries grant the animals the power of winter, while Flame berries grant the power of fire.

Special Properties:
Only Useable By: Druid
Only Useable By: Ranger
Use: Flameberry 1 Use/Day
Use: Iceberry 1 Use/Day

Flameberry
Flameberry grants the animal companion: 1d6 elemental fire damage with its bite attack.
Due to the magical nature of the berry, it makes the animals bite to be considered as a magical weapon (+1 to attack roll)
Due to the nourishment of the berry, it also causes the animal companion to gain 1 additional max HD for 24 hours.

Iceberry (same as above but elemental damage is cold)

Thoarnin's Pendant of Healing
Thoarnin made this pendant for adventurers to help speed up
the natural healing process and help prevent death. In the
hands of a non evil aligned cleric or druid, this pendant has
other beneficial powers.

Special Properties Usable by: anyone
The wearer of this pendant automatically becomes stable if his
hit points drop to between -1 and -9 inclusive. The pendant
doubles the wearer’s normal rate of healing or allows normal
healing of wounds that would not do so normally.
Skill bonus: Heal +2

Special Properties Usable by: A non evil aligned cleric or druid
Same as above plus:
While wearing the pendant, any and curative and restoration spells:
(Cure X Wounds, X Restoration) cast by the cleric or druid,
either through spell or wand, gains an additional 1d4 to the
amount healed/restored

Also any comments on these items? I got the first 2 ideas from items found in Neverwinter Nights.

Thank you for your replies.

Lesser Pendant of the Master
+2 bonus to skill = 400gp each x 8 = 3200gp
Multiple abilities: multiply lower item(s) by 1.5.
3200 x 1.5 = 4,800gp
+1 Caster Level is tricky. Ioun stone costs 30K gp. This does much less than that. Probably go with 10K.
Total cost: 14,800. Round up to 15,000 gp.

Branch of Giving
You've made an item that only works once a day, but lasts all day, and then tried to reduce the price even further by making only work for specific classes. It gives two animals:
+1 to hit and damage
+1d6 energy damage
+1 HD
Remove the extra HD and price this as a weapon!
+1 enhancement and +1d6 energy damage = +2 total enhancement equivalent.
8,000gp x 2 (two berries) = 16,000gp x 2 for being slotless.
Total price: 32,000 gp.

Thoarnin's Pendant of Healing
First power is a contingency-based cure minor wounds spell. CL 11 x SL .5 x 2000 = 11,000gp (not pricing for the contingency, but rather the caster level necessary to make a contingent spell.)
Second power is a skill bonus of +2 = 400gp
Third power is a bonus to curative/restorative magic. It grants a maximum bonus of +4 (hit points) to every curative spell. I am pricing as an armor/ability/etc. bonus: Bonus squared x 1000: 16,000gp.
Multiple abilities: lower priced abilities multiplied by 1.5.
Total price: 33,100 gp.
