Maneuvers do not provoke an Attack of opportunity, nor do they require any concentration checks. Does that mean if someone grapples me or if I am tied up, I can just Shwdow Jaunt away, freeing myself automatically?

Nothing will stop you from Shadow Jaunting from a grapple, HOWEVER, maneuvers DO require you to be able to be capable of moving in order to initiate it - depending on the bindings, or if you're pinned, you might not have the movement needed to initiate a maneuver.

I would say yes. unless you are helpless or can't act you can still use maneuvers. vampires can turn to mist while being grappled.

but get this if you are grappled you can still make an attack action meaning if you are unarmed you can still initiate a maneuver through your fist, mountain hammer? or insightful strike anyone?
