If you are a caster that can not cast against your alignment, such as a druid or a cleric, but you are a true neutral character, can you cast any spell say have a spell that has the evil descriptor and then another spell that has the good descriptor in your daily list. Could a true neutral cleric that has chosen to cast heal spells spontaneously as a good cleric does still cast spells with the evil descriptor.

depends on deity. If you are true nuetral worhiping a good god (pelor for example) than no evil spells for you. If you are true nuetral worshiping a Neutral deity (boccob for ex.) than you can use good and evil spells. If you are true nuetral worshiping an evil god (nerull for ex.) than no good spells.

If you are nuetral you chose (during character creation) weather or not to spontaniously cast healing or inflict spells, and weather to turn or rebuke undead (once the choice is made it can not be unmade)

the choice to spontaniously cast healing or inflict has no effect on what type of spells you can cast.

the can a neutral cleric of boccob choose to spontaniously cast heal spells but at the same tme rebuke undead, and if he can't and chooses to cast heal spells (a good thing) and turn undead(another good thing) then can the cast evil spells (an evil thing...duh)

ok wierd question but here is my go at it.

A true nuetral cleric of boccob can cast any damn spell they want no matter if they pick spontainous healing or inflicting, or rebuke or turning of the damned (dead that keep moving)

So this cleric can cast evil spells (although eventually casting to many of these could lead to the dark side but that is a DM issue) and choose to spontaionusly heal or inflict as well as choose to rebuke or turn. (whatever he choosed in the former have no effect on the latter and vise versa)

Note: this cleric can still cast good spells. And if this cleric's alignment changes they can still cast the good or evil spells cause their diety just doesn't care about alingment (most dieties do however)

i think you have to choose between
1. spontaneous healing and turning
and 2. spontaneous harm and rebuking
