Some spells has got a casting time of one "full-round action", while others need "1 round" to be cast.

What is the difference? Does that mean, that the full-round spell comes into effect, the round it has been cast in?

Full-round takes your entire turn (Standard + Move Action) similar to how a Full-Attack takes a warrior's entire turn.

1 round takes all the time from the moment you begin casting it to the beginning of your next turn when the spell triggers.

RTFM much?
A spell that takes 1 round to cast is a full-round action. It comes into effect just before the beginning of your turn in the round after you began casting the spell. You then act normally after the spell is completed.
In other words, it's a full round action to cast it, but you can be interrupted any time between that turn and your next. The spell takes effect at the beginning of your next turn, after which you can take actions (the spell doesn't affect how many actions you can take on your second turn, so you're free to cast another spell).

Thank you, that was all I wanted to know!
