Casting when blind? [Archive] - Wizards Community

A simple question; can a caster cast a spell when blinded? I was thinking if it would violate the Line of Effect rule, but I don't know. All assuming the spell isnt Target: Self, wich speaks for itself IMO.

Any help is appreciated. :D thanks.

06-05-05, 07:48 AM well he still has line of effect, but he might not have line of sight so anything that doesn't require LOS should be okay.
