| Deep Blue 900010-27-06, 04:01 PM | Well, it'd hit a number of secondary targets of your choice equal to at most your caster level. |

This is one of the best uses of the Chain Spell feat. For more, you might take a look at the (old) thread in my sig on it. |

Follow it up with killing the poor sap before his items turn back on so you can loot the whole perfectly funtional lot of them. Who needs Disjunction? |

Who needs Disjunction?:heehee I was just imagining the facial expressions of the rest of the gaming group if someone actually did what Tarkin described. I think it would be alot like what you see when a bunch of guys are watching sports, and some player gets hit in the nuts real hard. It is devestatingly effective, but not alot of people would even want to watch it happen to someone else, much less experience it themselves. :D |
| Vaelan10-27-06, 06:04 PM | Targetted Dispel can also target a person and attempt to dispell all of the ongoing spells cast on them, as opposed to the Area version which only hits one spell per creature. Target someone, hit their allies for good measure, then go after magic items. With one additional target per caster level, and perhaps levels of Master Specialist (Abjurer) for an additional +5 to your dispel check that bypasses the caster level cap, you could probably strip an encounter fairly effectively. |
