A couple of Book of Exalted and Vile Darkness spells and feats toned down (which is good in my opinion). However, Love's Lament bard spell seems broken. Same level as Crushing Despair and same types etc. (e.g., useless vs undead etc.), same save (will negates), SR Yes for both. Differences: Only V not VSM component, 60' cone instead of 30' cone, instead of -2 on host of things (essentially a sickened effect but not so labelled) for 1 minute level (e.g., you can act but less effectively), 1d6 Wisdom damage and nauseated (move only actions) for 1d4 rounds. Sure C.Despair lasts much longer, but in terms of a combat which do you prefer: 9 minutes of a foe at -2 or 2.5 free rounds of attacking a foe and getting no attacks back at all? I'm revising to make the additional effect dazed one round.
