Normally not.

I think there was a feat somewhere that allowed you to keep two touch spells charged at the same time.

No Yuna. As soon as you cast a second spell the first is (usually) negated. There are a couple of spells that will help: Spell flower & Aiming at the target. I believe both can be found in the Spell compendium.

IIRC there is also an epic usage of the concentration skill but that one is probably a bit out of your characters reach at the moment.

The Daggerspell Mage PrC (from CA) has the ability to charge 2 different touch spells in his daggers but I dunno about any other way to do it, and it's normally not a possibility.

Daggerspell Mage is the best way I can think of, but the Prereqs are a bit harsh for the class.

One think I wonder about hte Daggerspell Mage: You Have to be able to cast a second Touch spell after the first if you are gonna hold the charge on both hands...what prevents you from casting a different spell instead and keeping the charge on the first hand? Just a thought. I know the wording doesn't say you Can do that, but the wording doesn't really touch on this posibility.

Just a thought or two!

well, i got a Daggerspell shaper and just wundered weather i can use to spells in diffrent hands, though i thought, that a daggerspell mage is able to do so in one round, a spellshaper may need tworounds(per spell 1 round)

well guess i got to think about that

Well.. this doesn't sound like what you're trying to do exactly, but the Ocular Spell metamagic feat from Lords Of Madness lets you store up to two spells in your eyes and then release them later as rays. It says it only works with ray spells and spells other than personal, which I guess would probably work for most touch spells too.
