The description of Charm Person reads "The subject takes your words and actions in the most favorable way." The description of Suggestion reads "The spell must be worded so as to sound reasonable." If someone was Charmed, wouldn't a LOT of stuff seem "reasonable" to them? How do these spells interact with each other?

I believe that if there is a *hint* of reasonableness to the suggestion, then a charmed person will accept it as reasonable. For example, a charmed person can be made to believe that you have just cast featherfall on them, so jumping off the cliff is a safe thing to do, as you suggest. Ordinarily, you could not convince a person to jump off a cliff via suggestion.
