Checking on Polymorph spell [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-12-05, 01:22 AM Was looking over the polymorph spell and didn't see whether the caster gained the HD of the assumed creature? Like a wizard is a HD 4 to determine hit points, so does the caster keep the d4 or does he get the d whatever like the creature?

06-12-05, 11:52 AM Your HD doesn't change, the only change in HP is the new CON mod.
