Schwarg 06-24-04, 11:00 PM	Milo “Chirpy” Tosscobble A small rapier, crafted for Alton Greenleaf, a master rogue halfing with some wild psionic powers. Over time, Milo was imbued with some of Alton’s powers making it alive in a halfling’s hand. Often, Milo will bellow out a happy tune or a sassy remark during combat when the wielder begins to feel anxious or an adrenaline rush. On command or when angered, Milo lets out a shout that shatters and awes the opponent when a successful hit is made. Occasionally, when sheathed, Alton will channel his remarks through the bearer if a particular situation makes him upset, making the bearer sing a verse often enough.
