If you used clairvoyance to view an area where there is someone protected by mind blank, would that person be invisible? Would he cast a shadow or make impressions in the ground, thus allowing you to figure out someone's there?

From the description for Mind Blank:

In the case of scrying that scans an area the creature is in, such as arcane eye, the spell works but the creature simply isn’t detected. Scrying attempts that are targeted specifically at the subject do not work at all.

Given that, I'd say the creature protected by Mind Blank will not appear at all to a Clairvoyence spell. That means no shadow, etc.
