At level 0, which can cast level 0 and level 1 spells, can you take out your level 0 Cure Minor Wounds spell and replace it with Cure Light Wounds spell? If so, it would seem too good. |
| Slippery Mind II05-30-04, 06:32 PM | What it means is that your caster level is higher with respect to spells with the healing designation. As an example, a 3rd level character casting cure light wounds would cure 1d8+4 hit points rather than 1d8+3. It has no effect on how many spells you get per day or the maximum level of spells you cast. It simply means you are more effective with healing spells. Please note it also does not change the cap on spells. Cure light still only heals 1d8+5 maximum. It just measn you will reach that cap sooner. The healing domain is regarded by many as being one of the weaker ones. |

There are other [heal] spells: Delay Poison: adds one more hour to delay Heal: heals 10 more points of damage (until 15th level) Heal Mount: same as heal Heal, Mass: same as heal without the 15th level limit Neutralize Poison: adds 10 minutes and 1 cu.ft. Raise Dead: adds one day to allowable time of death Regenerate: adds one hit point of curing Remove Blindness/Deafness: no effect Remove Disease: increases the list of curable diseases by one level Remove Paralysis: range increase Restoration(s): no effect Resurrection: no effect True Resurrection: adds ten years to time of death limits. |

| smrtgmp05-31-04, 01:44 AM | look for the [heal] discriptor |
