ShadowChemosh 01-17-05, 03:08 AM	When a good cleric does “Spontaneous Casting” and casts a Cure spell does it become a full round action or does it stay as a standard action? I can remember reading this rule, but I can no longer find it in the SRD or the PHB 3.5. Was this from some 3.0 splat book or something? Thanks
Shadowfax7 01-17-05, 10:40 AM	The rule I know in 3.5 is that applying a metamagic feat to a spontaneously cast spell makes it a full-round action, but the CT doesn't change otherwise.
Zherog 01-17-05, 10:49 AM	Exactly what Shadowfax said is correct. Spontaneously casting the spell doesn't affect the casting time; applying a metamagic feat to it does.
