Hi,
I might be completely crosseyed, but I was trying to find a way to acquire coldfire. It is used as a spell component in some cold spells in the frostburn book. So far I've checked the DMG 3.0 PHB 3.5 and frostburn book, But I haven't be able to find it. The only reference I've found so far is in the cloudwalk of the cold psion prestige class wich leaves footprints of coldfire.

Can you conjure it or make it in an alchemical way?

any hint is greatly appreciated

In a Dragon Magazine issue they did a lot of new for the time Alchemical items and one of them did cold damage as Alchemist's fire did fire damage.

ColdFire is in the FrostBurn book...page 83, start of the magic section.
