Short answer: No.

Long answer: In general, if you are trying to combine two spell effects, you would probably need to make a magic item, or cast the spells one after another.

3.5 actually moved in the opposite direction of what you have asked. There were many spells with two or three different functions, and 3.5 split each function into its own spell in most cases.

:b: Well, combining the affects of two spells is basically making a new spell. So as long as your DM allows this than go head.

Two ideas come to mind for your suggestion. No formal write up just an idea. So spell lvl and editing will be needed.

1) With this spell you create a tiny hand made of force energy. It has the same abilities as the spell mage hand, but it’s weight limitation is raised to 25lbs. The hand can also make one attack around. Using just your BAB to attack with. The damage do on a successful hit is 1d4+1.

Duration should be 1round / lvl

2) With this spell you create multiple tiny hands to attack your opponents. You get one hand per three caster lvls. Each hand will automatically hit doing 1d4+1 and than attempts to Bull Rush that opponent. You can push your opponent in any direction you can see. The first hand counts as a tiny creature, but each additional hand adds a +4 circumstance bonus.

p.s. just in case, did you mean casting two seperate spell to gain a greater affect? If so, than it is possible to a degree. If just depends on the spells. Like casting Summon Nat ally and Animal Growth is a good combo.
