Combining breath feats and spells [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-08-06, 03:05 PM Yes you can combine them, but they often don't stack.

I.E. If you read Maximize it effectively says it 'overlaps, not stacks'.

So a Clinging Maximized breath will only be maximized on the first round - the extra rounds from clinging must be rolled as normal.

As to the OP, I'm pretty sure it works. I've seen some sorcerer builds that revolved around the idea, and they seemed legit.
