Which one would win? For example, i have a necromancer who has a vampire under the control of a command undead spell, but if an evil cleric came along (especially of the god of undead) could he use a turning attempt to take control of it?

Turn Undead > Command Undead vs Intelligent Undead (like your example Vampire).

Turn Undead = Command Undead vs Non-Intelligent Undead.

That necromancer doesn't have the Vampire under control technically. He can persuade it and it won't attack him but there isn't any direct control.

But then again, once that cleric gets high enough level to control teh vampire, that vampire's now useless. the wizard that can just influence that vampre can do so at a much lower level.

An Evil clerics command undead looks far more powerful to me. The arcane spell, command undead, is realy just 'charm undead person'. It's not all that powerful control-wise.
The cleric gets total control, however, and can make the undead do anything.

So.....our Necromancer with his 'best freind' vampire, could easly have that (not so much) control taken away.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking, but I like second opinions!
