I've got a player using a Chaotic Neutral Cleric who is going to be using undead very soon but I can't find a few things amongst the core books, the errata and the 3.5 FAQ and I was wondering if anyone could give me some quick answers.

1. If a character controls undead with his rebuke ability it is a standard action to command them. Does this mean for all undead controlled this way or each individual undead?

2. The Animate Dead spell creates undead that immediately come under your control but doesn't specify what method of communication you have with them. Is it verbal like the other controlling and creating undead spells in the PHB, like undead commanded from rebuking or otherwise.

3. If the above, Animate Dead, creates undead, that are communicated with mentally can a player command these undead with the same action they used to command their undead from rebuking/controlling assuming that they are all begin given the same basic command, i.e.: attack?

Thanks for any help, page references would be helpful.
