"Concentrating on a spell is a standard action and provokes an attack of opportunity" - p.306 of PHB 3.5

I'm confused. Do you or do you not provoke AOO's when concentrating on spell?

The PHB Glossary is a piece of poo, and has a ton of entries that are wrong or even nonsensical.
