I was wondering about spell concentration and distractions for non-magical distractions that don't deal damage. I.E. a thunderstone is about the best distraction you can get without prying the wizards arms off or basically dealing damage. What is the concentration check if you get hit with a thunderstone while concentrating? The fort save for the deafening effect is 15 but I thought the concentration check should be much higher than that. at least 20.

The Concentration check would only apply if the thunderstone went off as the spell was being cast. Otherwise, a thunderstone disrupts spellcasting by potentially leaving the caster deaf, which is a flat 20% chance to miscast a spell with a verbal component.

But don't forget to add the spell level of the spell being cast to the DC of the Concentration check.
