It might help if you said what conduit of life is say its a spell that heals you the next time you channel positive energy.

Near as I can tell ANY time you channel positive energy. If a lawful good cleric using the divine feat, divine might is channeling positive energy then Conduit of Life would heal him

You are after all using Turn undead feature to empower your i.e damage.
