Cone of cold question [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-23-07, 06:24 PM Why on Oerth did the save for cone of cold go from being a fortitude to a reflex? Any idea why, it use to be a great surprise for rogues in play.

05-23-07, 07:39 PM cone of cold has never been a fortitude save, since the 3 save system came into being (ei since 3.0 was released) it has always been a reflex save.

05-23-07, 08:15 PM You were probably confused by Psionics, where energy missile says that its cold-damage version takes a Fort save rather than a Reflex save. This association is unique to the Psionics system, though.
