I noticed in my dnd gladiator game a guy with more than one contingency spell effect active at one time. Any ideas as to how he did this? The spell contingency description states that you can only have one contingent spell active at one time, so the guy must have used items. I'm not aware of any items or class features that let you do this so I'm asking here.

To clarify, Craft Contingent Spell is a feat in (most recently, I think) Complete Arcane.

a feat that lets you put up to 1 contingent spell per level on a person. THe down side is it costs gp and xp.

Maybe it was a unique crafted item? A contingency spell + a ring of contingency for example.
