| Gnarl02-24-08, 03:17 AM | Hello, I was wondering, is Globe of Invulnerability a valid spell for the Contingency spell? It says it surrounds you but does that mean it affects you? Thanks, Gnarl |

If I were the DM, I'd wait until the Contingency went off and rule it fails if anyone else would be affected. I'd also give you trouble if the cleric decided to cast cure spells on you or something. Complicated instructions, such as who can or cannot bypass the effect (?), can also cause the spell to fail. |

There are a lot of typos in the SRD in the spells... A spell like that has a range of 0 and an AOE of 10 ft, not a range of 10ft |
