| Xanthia02-09-05, 12:33 PM | I originally though that a Nercomancer could control twice his HD in undead, but the Plauge of Undead spell in Libirs Mortis says that I can control four times my HD. Is this just for that particular spell, or is that the new rule? |
| Seeker9502-09-05, 12:49 PM | If it says so in the spell description, it probably applies to the spell. |
| tarkin02-09-05, 01:23 PM | That is just for the spell, not a new rule. |
| PhaedrusXY02-09-05, 01:43 PM | You had a necromancer who thought he could only control 2HD per level, when in fact he could control 4 HD per level. From the Animate Dead description in the SRD: No matter how many times you use this spell, however, you can control only 4 HD worth of undead creatures per caster level. |

| cwslyclgh02-09-05, 02:28 PM | it was infact 2HD per caster level in3.0 IIRC, but this was doubled in 3.5 (along with lowering the animate dead spell a level on the Sor/Wiz spell list). |
