That is a Staff of Healing I don't want to change the effects but I do want some imput on how to gauge it's value and what it should be concidered now. The staff allows a cure light wounds spell to be cast on any number of people one time a day. Meaning Bob and Ted and Simon are injured I can cast cure light on each of them, however I cannot cast it on the same person 2 times in a single day. THis really doesn't seem particularly powerful accept that the thing has no charges, I can only cast Cure L. On Bob once today but I can cast it on Bob every day for the rest of his life. This was not unbalancing to the party at all as we had no cleric, but it was extraordinarly powerful in the one major military conflict we where involved in. So what do you think it obviously is not a staff or wand, how should it be priced and what should it be concidered. A wonderous Item? A minor artifact ? what? |
