Is there any way to convert a ranged touch/ ray spell into a touch attack.

Reason I am asking is the ridiculously broken (IMO) ray deflection spell, and the fact that my DM allows it ^^

I think there is a 'Hold Spell' feat somewhere but I can't find it at the moment...probably aomething like this:

Hold Spell
Prerequisite: Caster Level 7(?), Spellcraft 10 ranks
Benifit: You can cast a spell and deliver it as a touch attack regardless of it's normal form. All other effects are uncganged.

This means if you use a fireball in this fashion, you better be immune to fire...or have a death wish...or both.

The enlightened fist prestige class has the ability to hold the charge on ray spells and deliver them as melee touch attacks.

In addition, the spellsword can channel (cast) a spell into a melee weapon as a move action so that it affects the next target hit with the weapon. At high levels he can channel two spells at once.

Both classes are in Complete Warrior.
