I want to create a spell that can be cast on the corpse of a fallen undead creature. The idea is that a heatless white fire that can't effect the living burns the body away in an amount of rounds equal to the undeads hit dice. The tricky part is I would like the fire to be able to spread, so when cast on an undead corpse, the following round all undead corpses in contact will also be set aflame, and so on. So if it's 1 zombie corpse, no problem, if it's a pile of ten zombie corpses, or 1000+, the whole pile will eventually burn away with 1 casting. Functional undead that move into the area of a burning corpse have to make a reflex save (low DC, lets say 10 or 11) or take a low amount of damage, lets say 1d4 + casters ability modifier. Please help me create this, it's very important to the current campaign we are running (lots o undead bodies, nowhere to put them) |
