Can Druids cast corrupt spells? If so, how? I know that if you use the spontaneous casting druid from Unearthed Arcana and take the feat Corrupt Arcana from Heroes of Horror, this allows you to cast them but I'm hoping for another way.

How about taking Corrupt Spell and casting it? Unless he or his deity is good, there is no problem.

in the same vein as Black Mantha, as long as said druid isn't good and worshiping gods, specifically good ones, isn't how the druid goes about getting his access to divine magics then a Druid can use Corrupt spell. an spontaneously casting one can as well, but will merely be haveing the same issues every other spont casters has when applying metamagic.

Is there a way though to use the specifically corrupt spells, such as Chain of Sorrow or Rotting Curse of Ufestra?

Are you talking about spells that are on the spell list of Corrupt? If so, that spell list is open to everyone. If you can cast spells of that level, and pay the corruption cost, you can do it. If you are talking of the feat, of course they can use it. The artwork depicts a Druid using a Corrupt Call Lightning spell.
