Could anyone explain Force Missiles to me? [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-02-06, 04:40 PM Allright, Force Missiles from the spell compendium. I can't seem to get why this spell is more powerfull than a lvl 3 dmging spell. I guess I'm missing something here. So could anyone explain to me why this is a lvl 4 spell?

01-02-06, 05:20 PM no save, no Sr, no elemental resistance all you need to do is hit... not as cool as alot of fourth level spells but a very nice "I have to hurt that bastard somehow" spell

01-02-06, 09:38 PM I have to agree. It's the whole guaranteed (splash) damage issue. Unless the critter(s) is/are immune to force, you are going to damage someone (or a group of someones).
