I couln't find anything on the subject of counterpsell in requards to several metamagic feats that could effect ones ability to "react" and effectivly counterspell.

If you cast a spell with the Meta Magic feats Eschew Materials (if it even needs it), Silent Spell, and Still Spell effetivly eliminating any casting components (V/S/M) does that even allow another caster a spell craft check to know a spell has been cast? It would effectivly negate ones ability to counterspell if they noticed nothing to react to and are negated the spellcraft check.

Also in the case of a quickened spell it seems to me that the effect is too fast for another caster to recogize and counter but there is nothing saying it can not be countered. I don't agree with that but that's the way I see it right now from a "rules lawyer" perspecive which I am not BTW but it's always good to play devils advocate.

Making a spell stilled and silenced doesn't stop attacks of opportunity, so it won't stop a rival spellcaster from trying to counterspell. You still the motions, but you still have to put the effort into casting the spell, and when you stand there for a moment and concentrate on something it's fairly obvious that you're casting a spell.

There are no rules for what happens with, say, a stilled fireball. The spell description states that you point your finger and a pea-sized glowing bead springs from it. Do you no longer have to point? Where does the bead come from?

I think a spell with no components can be countered by a dispel magic if the spellcaster knows you are casting one, but not by using an identical spell since there is no way of identifying said spell. As for quicken spells, I think they cannot be countered.

true, since you cannot know what spell is being cast, you cannot use the same spell to counter...

In order to make a spellcraft check "you must see or hear the spell's verbal or somatic components." In order to do a standard counterspell you have to make a spellcraft check. So no, you cannot do a standard counterspell to a Still, Silent spell. To use Dispel to counterspell you don't need a spellcraft check, so if there is any evidence an enemy is casting a spell, you should be able to do this.

Logically, if the spell is Still, Silenced, has no material/focus (through Enshew Materials or because the spell naturally has none), and the duration is not listed as concentration (IE Wall of Fire), I would rule zero it as not counterspellable. Likewise for a readied action to attack a caster. However, it looks like the rules as written do allow a counterspell with Dispel Magic regardless.
