Can spells cast from a wand be counterspelled?

Can other forms of "magic" be counterspelled (psionics, incantations, soulmelds...)?

I know that almost none of the 'other' methods can be counterspelled.

I think, but am not absoluetly positive that you can not counterspell a wand. It is a spell TRIGGER, not a spell casting.

Psions don't cast spells, so counterspell doesn't apply.

And I can't find it's equivalent in XPH, so I'd say you probably can't. I could be wrong, and I wouldn't be suprised if you could negate a manifested power by manifesting your own, similar to spells with counterspelling. Of course, manifesting without any visual or auditory clues might make it difficult. (:
