Can a quickened spell be counterspelled? If so, is the identification of the spell (in order to counterspell it) become more difficult?

Can a quickened spell be counterspelled?Yes

is the identification of the spell (in order to counterspell it) become more difficult?No... no modification is given in the rules (although a DM can always adjudicate +2/-2 circumstance penalties for anything that seems reasonable, and this would probably be reasonable when trying to identify quickened spells).
