"Off the Beaten Path" [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-24-05, 10:20 AM Is this card allowed? If so that means a few extra "core" classes are allowed, does that apply to the spells as well? i.e. Warmage has some spells have PHB as well as new. Do you automatically have those available or do you have to put them on your Expansion list?

03-24-05, 11:47 AM Yes, the card was printed for Mark of Heroes, and is thus used in that campaign.

The card however doesn't unlock any spells. It would say so specifically on the card (as it does for the whisper gnome feats). Since Complete Arcane is a secondary source, you would have to use expansion slots for the spell that are in that book.

03-24-05, 03:52 PM Yes. Your max cards equals your max Action Points. With the exception that you can only have 1 creation card. This is discussed in detail on page 11 of the CS.
