DM's Mark of August ? [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-03-05, 10:36 AM Does anyone have any info on the release date of the August DM's Mark ?

Since we have to order an adventure two weeks before playing, it gives us only a two weeks (if the adventure comes out now) window at the end of the month to plan the game night. Each day that passes, is one day less.

But maybe there is no August DM's mark.... :weep:

Adventure releases are really slowing down to a crawl or is it just me ?

08-03-05, 12:28 PM Well, the Special DM's Mark that'll only be available for GenCon Indy and the extended release sites is DMH-6 and since the July Mark is DMH-4 then the Mark for August should be DMH-5.

08-08-05, 12:50 PM TimRat, is there any chance of us seeing a DM's mark this month? As it is, even scheduling it as a home game already rules out play for half the month.

08-08-05, 06:28 PM there will be a DM's mark as i believe that you can play one at gencon Indy but i'll ask to make sure.

So no DM's Mark for august until after GenCon ?

So with the rule of ordering at least two weeks before an event, the earliest we could play it is early in september at the sime time that No Ticket (EMH-3) will be available !! Am I correct ?

That meens, I have to tell my players that they have at least a month of waiting for their MoH fix... :(

08-09-05, 06:55 PM When is that DM's Mark for August going to be available? It seems like unless it's available real soon it's going to end up being more of a DM's Mark for September becaquse of the ordering lead time.

08-16-05, 11:31 AM last i heard it was going to try and be up by last week but that didn't happen so i wouldn't expect it up till next week at the earliest if then b/c of gencon happening this week.

08-16-05, 04:13 PM Is the August DM's Mark (that is going to be released closer to September) going to be rewritten (gold/exp received wise) post-Gencon level bump?

08-25-05, 07:05 PM as far as i know the DM's mark will be post bump to reflect the changes in the characters levels and such. no timeline on when it will be out. probably be able to find info for you next week.
