At second level, Dragonmark Heirs increase their action points per level by 2. The Heroic Spirit similarly increases action points per level by 3. However, in the Mark of Heroes Campaign Standards, the Heroic Spirit feat increases starting action points by 2 and their maximum action points by 3. I did not see any similar ruling on the Dragonmark Heir class feature; does anyone know what the official ruling is on how may extra action points, if any, a Dragonmark Heir receives? (I am guessing it increases starting action points by 1 and maximum action points by 2, but thats just me.)

PS: In case anyone is tempted to remind me that the Dragonmark Heir is restricted, let me rimind you that there are many campaign cards which unlock the class.

My rogue 5 / dragonmark heir 4 has been treating it as a 2 increase to maximum action points. I have plenty of cards, so the minimum is meaningless.

I guess from the single response that either no one has heard any different, or that everyone else has had a similar experience. Now I know.

None of my characters or my players characters can legally be Dragonmarked... so I have not had the opportunity to have the problem yet.
