I am aware that in order to unlock any of the Feats-based Mark powers one requires the relevant campaign card. However, what if I want to play an un-Marked member of one of the Dragonmarked Houses (eg a sailor in House Lyrander; a merc fighter in House Deneith). Is there any prohibition in working these into my character as long as my character doesn't have the actual Dragonmark?
In addition, the "Favoured in House" Feat has the prerequisite of "member of a Dragonmarked House and race" (ECS p53). It doesn't say that you have to take the Least Dragonmark Feat in order to take it.
Is this train of thought able to be played through? I'd like a non-marked member of a house that has found himself a useful niche and been rewarded by his House, despite his lack of Mark.
Any thoughts?

According to the Campaign standards unless you have a card or story object that unlocks the ability to be related to a published Eberron NPC, such as any member of a Dragonmarked House, you cannot even be an unmarked member of the family. See page 7 the Details, Details, Details section of the MoHCS for more info.

Also, the Favored in House feat is listed as a restricted feat on page 22 of the MoHCS.

Sorry I didn't have any good news for you.
