| Aethan07-24-06, 12:41 AM | Is the feat City Slicker from Races of Destiny allowable to Changelings in the Mark of Heroes and Xen'drik? Well, as long as you added it to your expansion list and took it as your first level feat, I don't see why not. - Andy |
| Harliquinn07-24-06, 09:56 AM | The reason I ask is that by the rules it is limited to Humans and Dopplegangers. I just wasnt' sure if there was an official FAQ or extended rules that allow Changelings in Eberron to meet a Doppleganger prerequisite. |

I just wasnt' sure if there was an official FAQ or extended rules that allow Changelings in Eberron to meet a Doppleganger prerequisite. I think may've made an error. I'm sitting here with a copy of Races of Destiny, and there's an pre-requisite to taking City Slicker, other than it must be taken at 1st level. Are you sure you're not thinking of Able Learner? That's limited only to Humans and Dopplegangers. - Andy |
| Harliquinn07-24-06, 06:52 PM | You are correct, Able Learner is the one I was speaking of. |
| thalen08-12-06, 03:00 AM | Looking over the Mark of Heroes campaign documentation, it is implied (but not stated) that you can't take feats from secondary campaign materials (i.e. anything other than the Eberron book or the PHB) without unlocking it first. Since you can't unlock anything at first level, doesn't that mean that you can't ever take Able Learner no matter what race you are? Forgive me if I'm wrong, I'm new to Mark of Heroes and came by with a similar question. |
