June DM's mark reporting [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-13-06, 12:29 AM I just tried reporting the June DM mark and the story objects are invalid certs, and the adventure questions are missing.Hq never returns my e-mails so I thought I would see if Timrat could get some info.

06-13-06, 03:50 PM Yep, this is the same as last months DM's Mark. I am going to email RPASANCTIONING with the cert results and hope they update them. My players are still waiting for May's to show up.

I also cannot get the session questions to load. I go to the page and it just has a big SAVE button for me to push.

06-13-06, 05:54 PM The July DM's Mark isn't avaiable until the 5th of the month so the 3 week download period starts tomorrow if you ordered it for 7/5/06.

06-14-06, 03:36 PM i know they are having database issues and are aware of the problem. thats really all i have on this unfortunately since i dont work on the database.

06-15-06, 07:48 PM You should still be able to set it up as far ahead as you want.You just cant download it until three weeks beforehand.

06-15-06, 10:50 PM I also had a similar problem with the June DM's Mark. I spoke with my players, and they were okay with delaying results in the hope that things would get fixed.

Things are fixed.

I just tried again, and the questions were there. After entering the results, I contacted one of my players. He checked and confirmed that his EV increased and MH1025 was reported in his play history.

06-15-06, 11:50 PM You should still be able to set it up as far ahead as you want.You just cant download it until three weeks beforehand.

I just tried to setup a gameday on the 7th of July and it was going to let me do so - did you try a date prior to the 5th of July?

06-19-06, 10:08 PM I received an email from Tim Kelly informing me to re-report my June's DM mark. There was a new link and I was able to accurately report. Hopefully the same should be happening to rest of you - if it has not happen already.
